Description
Renesas is recruiting multiple candidates for a semiconductor device and process development role involving wafer process development, device structure design, wafer process flow development, device measurement and evaluation, and mass-production ramp-up. The role requires at least five years of experience in semiconductor device structure design and/or process development, basic semiconductor physics knowledge, wafer process prototyping experience, and Japanese business-level proficiency. Wafer-level electrical characterization, TEG layout design, and conversational English are preferred.
