Description
The role plans, executes, and monitors power-electronics and e-mobility projects; coordinates cross-functional teams and stakeholders; participates in project committees and meetings; manages schedules, budgets, quality standards, risks, and solution strategies; and prepares project documentation and status reports. The position requires at least three years of automotive industry and project-management experience, preferably in vehicle development, a completed degree in a relevant technical field, technical affinity, agile project-management knowledge, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
