CEA Leti is hiring a Power Electronics Architect for Data Center Applications in Grenoble, France, on a permanent contract. The role designs and specifies next-generation power conversion systems for AI, cloud, and high-performance computing data centers, including wide-bandgap architectures, AC/DC/hybrid distribution, multiphysics modeling, prototype testing, and system optimization. Candidates should be power-electronics engineers with at least three years of experience or a doctoral thesis, knowledge of SiC/GaN and converter topologies, simulation and prototype-testing experience, and English proficiency.
