Description
The Power Electronics Development Engineer will define and translate system requirements for power electronic components, specify electrical, thermal, EMC, and functional-safety requirements, manage external development partners and EMS providers, coordinate technical interfaces, and validate supplier development and test results through industrialization and start of production. The role requires an electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable degree, knowledge of power-electronic topologies and semiconductor technologies, supplier and project-management experience, and familiarity with requirements and simulation tools. It is a 24-month, 35-hour-per-week position starting immediately in Altenstadt, with pay of €38.21 per hour before the salary cap.
