Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of professional experience, or a PhD with 1 year of professional experience for Level 3; or a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience, a Master’s degree with 6 years of professional experience, or a PhD with 4 years of professional experience for Level 4.
Required Previous Experiences: Power supply circuit design, schematic capture, testing, and integration
Schematic capture tools such as Mentor Graphics/Expedition or Altium
Power electronic simulation with tools such as LTSpice, SPICE, PSPICE, Saber, SIMPLIS, or Simulink
Prototyping and debugging complex power systems and switch-mode or linear regulator topologies
Team leadership, mentoring, communication, adaptability, collaboration, independent problem solving, and creative work
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering focused on Power Conversion or Power Electronics with at least 8 years of power electronics design experience
Proficiency in Worst Case Circuit Analysis and power integrity analysis
Knowledge of high-frequency magnetics, transformers, coupled inductors, EMI chokes, and common-mode filters
Ability to lead projects with four or more team members
Current TS/SCI security clearance
