Eaton is hiring a Power Electronics Engineering Specialist in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, to support research and technology development in emerging power conversion and power systems. The role develops and tests technologies for industrial, automotive, truck, and aerospace applications; leads global technology projects and teams; identifies commercialization opportunities; manages budgets and stakeholders; and presents projects to business and technical leaders. The position requires a PhD in a related field and at least five years of industrial or entrepreneurial experience, with expertise in power electronics, power systems, simulation, packaging, and machine learning preferred.
