Dexterra Group is hiring a 4th Class Power Engineer to operate, maintain, and monitor hospital building automation, HVAC, water treatment, fire alarm, pneumatic tube, medical gas, and other mechanical and electrical systems. The role involves mechanical-room rounds, responding to support calls, isolating or rectifying problems, communicating work status to client groups, and maintaining on-call availability. Applicants need an Electrician or HVAC-Refrigeration ticket, 3–5+ years of similar experience, knowledge of the listed systems, and a clear criminal background check and Vulnerable Sector screening.
