Maple Leaf Foods is hiring a Refrigeration Operator to work a 12-hour rotating day-and-night shift pattern for four weeks. The role monitors and tests steam and refrigeration systems, performs plant equipment repairs and installations, responds to work requests through a computerized maintenance system, and supports food safety, TSSA compliance, and plant operations. Applicants must hold a Refrigeration Operator Class B license or higher, have experience with ammonia cooling, compressed air, boilers, and steam, and be able to work a 24-hour, seven-day schedule.
