Williams International is hiring a Power Generation Design Engineer to guide the design and manufacturing of new power generation products from concept through fielded operation. The role focuses on medium- and high-voltage permanent magnet machines, generator stators and windings, manufacturing tooling, industrial standards, material selection, documentation, and mentoring junior engineers. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, at least five years of relevant industry experience, hands-on experience with industrial electricity generation systems, and U.S. citizenship; the position is 100% on-site.
