Description
The Power Generator Technician reports to the Assistant Manager, Facilities and provides technical solutions for emergency, paralleling, and self-generating equipment at Yaamava' Resort & Casino. The role repairs and troubleshoots diesel, electrical, and natural gas generators; maintains, calibrates, and tests plant electrical, instrumentation, and control systems; performs load bank testing and preventative maintenance; supports distributed generation and energy storage assets; and mentors facilities team members. The position requires an associate's degree in a related field, at least four years of experience in the backup generator industry or a transferable industry, knowledge of generator and industrial engine systems, and an OSHA 30-hour certificate or the ability to obtain one within one year.
