Mälarenergi Elnät is hiring a permanent Operations Engineer in Västerås to operate and maintain the power grid, develop maintenance and outage plans, prepare operating orders, handle grid disruptions, and support control-center operations. The role requires post-secondary education in electric power or equivalent experience, practical control-room experience, knowledge of ESA, a category B driving licence, and good Swedish. It is mainly on-site at the Västerås office, includes on-call duty, and requires security vetting before employment.
