Description
Estes is hiring a Diesel Equipment Mechanic to repair and perform preventive maintenance on diesel engines, trucks, and forklifts. The role includes inspecting and troubleshooting equipment, interpreting work orders and technical manuals, replacing defective parts, testing repaired equipment, and preparing FMCSA and other safety documentation. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience or trade school completion, mechanical ability, hand-tool and test-equipment skills, and the ability to work in physically demanding conditions; a CDL and acceptable MVR are required if driving on public roads.
