Description
The Bosch R&D Engineer will develop power assembly interconnection technologies for automotive and semiconductor products, including platform and new-product process development, industrialization-friendly design, risk management, plant support, and innovation of new materials and AITs. The role requires a master’s degree in material or mechanical engineering, 3–5 years of development experience, familiarity with power-module production processes, and cross-functional collaboration; machine evaluation, Python, Power BI, AI, German, and storytelling are preferred or advantageous.
