Description
Infineon is hiring a Quality Manager to define and implement quality targets for multiphase integrated circuits and power modules, lead module qualification, manage product quality across the lifecycle, support NPI and supplier quality, resolve deviations and risks, and represent customer needs in strategic discussions. The role requires an engineering, physics, or materials-science degree, at least 10 years of quality-management experience in a technical or semiconductor environment, power-module and module-manufacturing experience, and strong communication and English skills. The position is based in Andover, Massachusetts, or El Segundo, California, with a disclosed annual salary range of $136,200–$187,300 in Andover and $140,000–$192,500 in El Segundo.
