Description

The Power Platform Engineer – Copilot Studio will design, build, deploy, govern, and support enterprise AI copilots and agents across Microsoft Power Platform. The role covers Copilot Studio and Copilot Studio Kit integration, reusable platform assets, enterprise MCP and REST integrations, DevOps and ALM pipelines, infrastructure and monitoring, security and risk controls, reporting, and adoption enablement. It is a 10-month engagement requiring 8+ years of experience, with three-office days required in Atlanta, Chicago, or Vienna.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Experience designing, implementing, and managing DevOps pipelines integrated with Power Platform COE ALM, GitHub, and automated deployment workflows.
Experience building reusable platform assets, including prompt templates, plugin libraries, agent frameworks, and custom connectors.
Experience integrating Power Platform and Copilot Studio with enterprise systems using REST APIs, custom connectors, and Enterprise MCP Services.
Experience managing Virtual Network and Data Gateway infrastructure and implementing continuous monitoring and automated capacity management.
Hands-on experience with Sentinel, Defender, and Dynatrace, including automated alerts and self-healing workflows.
Experience with risk controls, including hallucination detection, sensitive data masking, prompt injection prevention, and audit logging.
Preferred Qualifications: Substantial experience with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Automate, and enterprise integrations, including deploying agentic AI solutions in large-scale environments.
