Description
Bosch is seeking a Power Semiconductor FAE/Development Engineer to develop SiC-based discrete and module solutions for industrial applications such as solid-state transformers, AI data centers, energy storage systems, and eVTOLs. The role provides first-level technical support to customers and partners in China, translates customer needs into system requirements, collaborates with global and local engineering and product teams, supports product promotion and evaluations, and prepares customer presentations and training. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics or physics-related engineering, at least three years of FAE or development engineering experience with power semiconductor products, strong industrial-application knowledge, excellent communication and English skills, and strong business orientation.
