Description
The Electrical Engineer develops plans, specifications, analyses, reports, schematics, drawings, and design layouts for new power-delivery facilities and supports the operation and maintenance of existing facilities. The role also prepares cost estimates, assists with project scoping and pricing, provides technical support for equipment and operational problems, participates in quality control, and maintains client relationships. It requires an ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree in electrical or civil engineering, proficiency with AutoCAD or MicroStation, and a fixed 40-hour workweek with occasional overtime.
