Arista Networks is hiring a Power System Engineer to join its founding engineering team at the Roseville R&D Lab. The role focuses on designing, qualifying, and supporting multi-kW AC/DC and DC/DC chassis power systems, including OEM power supply sourcing, laboratory characterization, dual-grid and redundant power architectures, regulatory compliance, vendor collaboration, and international travel. Candidates need an MS in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience, along with expertise in power supply design, AC-DC and DC-DC systems, large modular power systems, and related testing and certification processes. The base salary range is $137,000 to $198,000, with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
