SEL is hiring a Power System Automation Engineer in Sales & Customer Service to help customers protect and control critical electrical infrastructure and power systems worldwide. The role involves product demonstrations, training, technical problem solving, sales and conference presentations, SEL University teaching, and technical writing. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, at least five years of power systems automation and communication experience, knowledge of SCADA, relays, PLCs, communications protocols, and IEC 61131-3 programming, strong customer-service and communication skills, and the ability to travel 25% of the time. The position is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, with a salary range of $97,700 to $160,000 per year and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
