Description
The Senior Power System Modelling Engineer will validate and tune generator models, conduct power system simulation and NERC-compliance studies, prepare engineering reports, perform peer reviews, develop technical proposals, and travel globally to industrial and power-generation sites for onsite testing. The role accepts remote work when deliverables are met and requires a relevant engineering degree, professional engineering registration, at least five years of power-system experience, knowledge of generator and renewable modeling and protection and control systems, and a valid Class 5 British Columbia driver’s license. The position is full-time regular with an annual salary range of $119,000 to $148,000.
