Fluidstack is hiring a Power Systems Controls Engineer to design and deploy controls that manage gigawatt-scale energy loads against grid signals and prices. The role involves building control strategies for IT load, cooling, and behind-the-meter generation; integrating with utility and market signals; validating strategies in simulation; and deploying them across a fleet. Candidates should have experience engineering controls for energy systems, real-load control logic, power-systems knowledge, utility or market integration, and simulation validation, with data center power and cooling, BESS, ISO/RTO markets, and optimization as bonuses.
