Hypersonica is hiring a Power Systems Engineer to own the electrical power system architecture for high-speed flight vehicles. The role covers power generation, conversion, storage, distribution, protection, monitoring, requirements management, systems integration, electrical analysis, modelling, simulation, testing, qualification, and verification, while applying systems engineering and MBSE principles. The engineer will act as a technical authority across electrical power systems and collaborate with avionics, controls, software, thermal, mechanical, EMC, and systems engineering teams. The position requires at least eight years of experience in complex mission-critical power systems and eligibility for German security clearance.
