Description
GlobalFoundries is hiring a Power Technology Development Integration Intern to support the development and characterization of its 55BCDL-Gen2 technology. The role involves semiconductor process integration, device and SRAM characterization, yield analysis, physical failure analysis, process stability evaluation, and process and design optimization. The intern will work at least 40 hours per week during a 16–24 week credit-bearing internship starting January 2027, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and good academic standing required.
