Akkodis is seeking a Power/Voltage Converter Development Engineer for an energy engineering client at the Frankfurt am Main site. The role involves testing and evaluating current and voltage converters for medium-voltage applications, developing technical optimizations, building and assessing prototypes, analyzing test results, maintaining technical documentation, coordinating changes through development and manufacturing, and coordinating with internal specialists, suppliers, partners, and customers. The position is available immediately as part of employee leasing with an option to take over, offers hybrid work, and requires an electrical engineering degree, industrial experience, converter knowledge, testing and optimization experience, and strong German and English skills.
