Description
The contractor will build and maintain LENS California dashboards and weekly or monthly reports by combining Atrezzo activity and outcomes with claims, eligibility, provider, PRISM, and WP2 data. The role reports on outreach attempts, member contact, FFS provider connections, provider availability gaps, scheduled and completed follow-up appointments, and members remaining in the outreach cycle. Responsibilities include refining dashboards as reporting requirements and operational definitions evolve, maintaining refreshes, validation, security, usability, documentation, and consistent metric definitions, and scaling the contractor’s allocation as reporting volume and change requests stabilize. The role requires advanced SQL, experience with Atrezzo, PRISM, and WP2, ETL and data integration, healthcare data analytics, claims and eligibility data, data validation, reporting and KPI development, dashboard maintenance, data security, documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
