This leadership role involves demonstrating project management skills, providing client service, and coaching team members to enhance their technical and professional competencies. The manager will guide staff on accounting concepts like revenue recognition and balance sheet reporting, explain audit workbook processes, and onboard new clients. Key responsibilities also include leading client meetings, developing project plans, managing engagement economics, fostering team connections, and contributing to firm initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong GAAP knowledge, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and close proximity to CPA certification.
