Description
Ford is hiring a Powertrain Software Applications Engineer to own vehicle-level integration and commissioning, lead physical commissioning of high-voltage and low-voltage prototype vehicles and breadboards, develop test plans and design verification documentation, troubleshoot controls issues, and support program milestones and launch activities. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least two years of physical-vehicle troubleshooting and embedded-software experience, calibration-tool experience, design-verification experience, and agile experience. The position is hybrid, may require onsite work four or more days per week, and offers salary grades 6 through 8 with compensation ranging from $85,400 to $162,900.
