Roush is hiring a Powertrain Test Engineer I to support customers with powertrain and vehicle testing projects. The role coordinates support across engineering and shop departments, performs engine dynamometer and vehicle testing, diagnoses hardware and control issues, analyzes test data, prepares technical reports and presentations, manages test hardware inventory, and supports component and system design. The position requires a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering, a strong hands-on mechanical background, communication and teamwork skills, troubleshooting ability, and Microsoft Office proficiency; SAE experience, powertrain testing, system integration, dynamometer and engine-control experience, scientific measurement equipment, and testing software skills are preferred.
