Description
The role leads the planning, procurement, installation, trial, and launch of engine and transmission machining or assembly lines, develops operating process plans, manages schedules and budgets, improves manufacturing tools and benchmarks, coordinates cross-functional projects, and analyzes critical manufacturing issues. It requires 1–5 years of project or process-management experience, process-engineering experience, schedule and budget management, and AutoCAD skills; a bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechanical, electrical, or industrial manufacturing is preferred, along with willingness to work overtime, travel, and weekend or shutdown work.
