Bosch is recruiting a Powertrain System Engineer for its Junior Managers Program, a talent development path for future executive leadership. The role develops powertrain technologies, manages powertrain management systems, supports customer mass-production projects, and serves as a customer-facing technical contact. Applicants need a master’s or doctoral degree in electrical/electronic or mechanical engineering, automotive engineering knowledge, overseas experience, English and Japanese proficiency, leadership experience, and less than five years of work experience. The position is based in Yokohama, Kanagawa, with remote work available, and applicants may join by December 2026 or December 2027.
