Description

Logitech is hiring a Technical Manager of Hardware Product Quality Assurance (HW PQA) for its Healthcare Market Development business unit. The role defines quality standards, develops and executes reliability and functional test plans, collaborates with EE, ME, SW, FW, and JDM suppliers, troubleshoots hardware issues, and supports sustaining engineering and continuous improvement. Candidates need hands-on experience with Smart Living Ecosystem accessories, 5–8 years of hardware quality experience, and an engineering-related college degree; statistical methods, project management, and English fluency are preferred. The position follows Logitech’s hybrid work model.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: College graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field
Required Previous Experiences: Hands-on experience developing or testing Smart Living Ecosystem accessories
5–8 years of experience in a hardware quality role
Direct knowledge of PQA, DQA, or reliability testing
Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency with statistical methods, SPC, or data analysis for quality improvement
Project management experience or ability to manage project timelines and deliverables
Fluency in English and ability to communicate complex technical issues across teams
