Description
The PQMS Manager oversees day-to-day quality management system operations, including document control, training, internal audits, non-conformance reporting, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and audit support. The role also manages NMPA regulatory compliance, product review, site inspections, recalls, post-marketing surveillance, and coordination with product development, customer service, and sales and marketing. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering or science field and at least five years of experience in quality management systems, medical-device management representation, quality audits, or a similar highly regulated industry. The role is office-based and requires working in person at least three days per week.
