SGS is hiring a Laboratory Technician in Cartagena to work at the San Sebastian Project. The role involves taking soil density measurements and concrete samples, preparing test elements and environments, handling samples, conducting authorized laboratory and field tests, and recording test information. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, with overtime and Sundays or public holidays as required by the project. Applicants need a high school diploma with one year of relevant laboratory or quality-control experience, or a technical or technologist qualification in soil, concrete, or materials laboratory work with six months of relevant experience. The salary is 1,750,905 plus overtime and transportation allowance.
