Description
The Practical Nursing Instructor accompanies and guides trainees in practical nursing, supports nursing staff in coaching sessions, helps onboard new employees, motivates students to complete internships, and delivers professional basic and clinical nursing care. The role also involves planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating individual nursing needs. Applicants need registered-nurse or nursing-professional qualification, an additional Practical Training Instructor qualification, generalist nursing education knowledge, and availability for 30–35 working hours per week including weekend shifts.
