Porter and Chester Institute is hiring a Practical Nursing Instructor to teach practical nursing concepts, demonstrate skills, mentor students, prepare them for NCLEX-PN and entry-level nursing roles, and evaluate student performance. The role provides curriculum, training, and instructional support and requires a current Connecticut RN license, at least three years of RN clinical experience, and a BSN or related master's degree. The schedule is 26 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday, Tuesday, and Thursday shifts, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
