Description
Porter and Chester Institute is hiring a Practical Nursing Program Lead Instructor to teach, mentor, and lead faculty for a Practical Nursing program. The role combines classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction with faculty development, student retention, academic monitoring, curriculum oversight, compliance with nursing standards, and coordination with clinical partners. It requires a current Connecticut RN license, at least three years of RN clinical experience, a BSN or related master's degree, and the ability to travel to multiple campuses; the schedule is Monday through Thursday from 1:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
