Description
The Practical Training Instructor will implement the organization’s in-house practical training concept, organize introductory days, guide and support trainees during nursing practical placements, mentor new nursing staff, encourage students to complete internships, and plan, document, and evaluate individual care needs. The role also schedules internal and external trainees and requires nursing training, practical-instructor training with at least 300 teaching units, professional nursing experience, pedagogical competence, knowledge of nursing regulations, and familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Outlook.
