Korian is hiring a Practical Training Instructor for its new COMO facility in Wolfhagen, which will open in 2026 and will care for 36 residents with mental health conditions and care needs. The role implements the training concept, guides and supports trainees, works on the residential unit, supports quality management, promotes a positive working atmosphere, and maintains contact with schools. Applicants need completed vocational training in geriatric care or health and nursing care, mentor training, solid healthcare-sector experience, empathy, responsibility, and motivation.
