The Practical Training Instructor / Training Coordination role plans, structures, and implements generalist nursing training, supports trainees through completion, coordinates nursing schools and cooperation partners, and organizes trainee projects and practice-oriented learning opportunities. The position is based at Seniorenwohnen Schütte-Lanz-Park in Brühl and offers full-time or part-time employment. Applicants need a completed three-year nursing professional training and practice-instructor training or willingness to obtain it, along with coaching, communication, patience, empathy, teamwork, and motivation skills.
