The Volkssolidarität District Association Schmalkalden-Meiningen e.V. is hiring a full-time Practical Training Supervisor for its Senior Residence Schloss Bairoda. The role supervises practical nursing training for trainees in the one-year nursing assistant program and the three-year nursing professional program, supports new employees, contributes to care-team qualification development, assists residents with daily life and prescribed therapy, and documents nursing and care processes. Applicants need completed training as a licensed senior care nurse or a nurse in general healthcare and nursing, with additional practical training supervisor training or willingness to complete it. The position offers an indefinite contract, 38 hours per week, collective-bargaining-agreement pay, company health insurance, and other benefits.
