Practice Administrator III at Texas Children's

The Practice Administrator III will plan, organize, staff, and direct clinical sections for the Orthopedic and Sports Medicine service line in collaboration with physician leaders. Responsibilities include performance management, quality improvement, patient access and satisfaction, revenue and expense monitoring, budgeting, policy development, resource coordination, faculty recruitment and credentialing support, and staff development. The role requires a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, along with either five years of healthcare operations experience and three years of supervisory experience, or an ACHE Postgraduate Administrative Fellowship plus two years of supervisory experience.
