One North, a TEKsystems company, is hiring a Practice Architect II — Strategic Operations to architect, integrate, and optimize operational frameworks, workflows, governance models, automation, and work-management solutions for large, complex client portfolios. The role leads cross-functional and distributed teams, defines KPIs and reporting dashboards, manages risk and capacity, supports sales and business development, and drives change management and continuous improvement. It is a fully remote permanent position based out of Burnaby, British Columbia, with a stated annual pay range of $119,600 to $179,400.
