Description
The Practice Area Lead owns content strategy, roadmap, subject-matter expertise, author relationships, content acquisition, commissioning, and product strategy for a portfolio practice area. The role manages external and in-house authors, ensures timely and accurate content delivery, supports product development and reviews, conducts customer research, and collaborates with editorial, operations, sales, marketing, and management teams. A tertiary education qualification is required, with law preferred; the role also requires advanced Microsoft Office and legal research skills, publishing workflow knowledge, project management experience, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
