FamilyWell is hiring a Patient Navigator to serve as the first point of contact for referred patients navigating fertility, perinatal, and peri/menopausal care. The role guides patients through enrollment, insurance verification, scheduling, intake, and care coordination; manages EHR records, missed appointments, administrative charges, and front-desk inquiries; and supports retention and provider utilization. It is remote and available full-time or part-time, non-exempt, at $25 per hour, with 1–3+ years of relevant healthcare access or customer-service experience required.
