Kindbody is hiring a full-time Practice Director for its Rogers Clinic. The role provides strategic and operational leadership for the clinic, with accountability for the P&L, staffing, patient experience, facilities, scheduling, compliance, inventory, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration. The director will manage clinical and practice operations teams, oversee hiring and onboarding, coordinate procedures and patient care, handle billing and insurance matters, and support clinic growth and customer satisfaction. The position requires at least three years of managerial experience and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits.
