Practice Director, Microsoft at Arctiq

Arctiq is hiring a full-time Practice Director, Microsoft to lead the strategy, commercial alignment, delivery governance, team capability, and long-term health of its Microsoft practice. The role owns a focused service catalog, qualification and pricing discipline, partner delivery models, sales enablement, escalations, customer advisory relationships, and the development of a delivery team with strong Azure, Entra ID, security, migration, and hybrid endpoint capabilities. Candidates need at least 10 years of Microsoft professional services experience, including 5+ years leading a practice in a VAR or systems integrator, along with relevant Microsoft certifications and strong commercial and executive presence.
