FACHPFLEGE BODENSEE GmbH is hiring a full-time Practice Instructor in Engen to support nursing trainees in an assisted living community serving clients with intermittent or permanent ventilation and/or intensive care. The role combines active nursing care, structured guidance and assessment of trainees, documentation, practical-examination examination, job interviews, and coordination with nursing schools and other practice instructors. Applicants need a three-year nursing qualification, practice-instructor training of at least 300 hours or a nursing-education degree, and strong communication and empathy; intensive-care or outpatient-intensive-care expertise is desirable.
