Description
The Practice Instructor will set up and implement training content, independently lead, coach, support, and assess trainees, advise colleagues, network with schools and placement sites, support onboarding of international nursing professionals, and help residents live independently through individualized nursing care. The role also advises and cares for residents and their relatives. Applicants need completed training as a senior care nurse, registered nurse for health and nursing, pediatric nurse, or nurse, plus additional qualification in educational practice for practical instruction in the generalist training program, along with experience guiding trainees and knowledge of nursing care processes. The position is based in Berlin-Steglitz and offers up to €59,108 gross annual salary.
