The Practice Instructor supports the training and onboarding of new nursing colleagues by implementing practical training, organizing introductory days, guiding trainees through clinical practice, accompanying new staff, motivating students to complete internships, and planning, documenting, and evaluating individual care needs. The role requires completed nursing training, practice-instructor training with at least 300 teaching units, professional nursing experience, pedagogical competence, knowledge of the Nursing Professions Act and practical framework training plan, and familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Outlook.
