Description
The Practice Instructor will plan and support the onboarding of new employees, work in a residential unit, oversee practical training, ensure trainees meet their competency objectives, coordinate with nursing schools and external partners, develop quality management, and conduct staff training on care-related topics. The role requires completed training as a qualified professional in senior care or health and nursing care, further training as a practice instructor, a holistic resident-focused care approach, empathy, social competence, organizational skills, and general PC skills.
